A couple days ago, I listed this store as a three because I was unable to find a DVD I purchased when I got home and Customer Service and Asset Protection were of no help. However. the Manager, Ms. Irma Weaver, personally called me yesterday and worked out a solution. Ms. Weaver is totally customer service oriented an both professional, yet personable with customers. I was amazed that the BOSS would take the time to help me with my problem when the item was only $16.00. I will always use this store because I know that Sam Walton's edict about customer satisfaction is practiced from top to bottom here. Thank you for your honest interest in my problem as small as it was.
