I would prefer to give a -5 stars, but apparently that is not an option!

For those of you that are aware of the issue with SPRING T-ball photos from Summerville LIttle League will be entertained by this tid-bit of information.... assuming it doesn't get deleted :) I previously posted a PUBLIC post tagging Bump Meet Baby Photography describing the events that have recently happened. Yesterday I received an email (general, not specific) stating that I could logon to SmugMug.com with a specific password and ORDER prints of my son and his T-ball team......... EXCUSE ME? I paid for a package including physical and digital copies of his "photo session". Enraged, I sent emails and FB messages to BumpMeetBaby Photography regarding her generic email.... OK, for a moment, lets just forget the fact that I have sent NUMEROUS emails and fb messages regarding these said photos because my son had more than 1 person purchase his photo package, which failed to ever be acknowledged.

To say the least, I was fed up and posted an ANGRY, yet fact filled, post regarding the lack of communication, the inability to prioritize orders (and money) placed in MARCH, and that I have just received an email offering me a 10% discount to purchase my son's SPRING t-ball photos. That post was placed at 6:08p today, at 6:10p today I received an email from BumpMeetBaby photography stating that a refund was granted, thanking me for all I did, and to have a great summer. No sooner than I read that email, I switched tabs to check the SmugMug.com website and my son's photos were removed from the team album (not even allowing the other person she COLLECTED money from the chance to view the pictures), and my post was removed from Facebook. (I was impressed that she could do things in such a timely manner <-- insert a mound of sarcasm!) Thinking maybe she was finally catching up with her SLL orders, I replied to her email stating that the other person that ordered a package would like that package and how should they go about getting their order fulfilled (they who also paid in MARCH). I am still waiting on that reply.... so far we are averaging 1 reply a month.

I am not irrational by any means, and I am all about supporting the local businesses, but if you can't communicate with me about something involving 2 orders for my sons pictures and then proceed to make me wait 4months before even the option of purchasing "additional" photos (I am guessing "additional" because surely she knew that our entire team had already paid for our packages... right?), then I feel everyone has the right to know

I decided to use her for a mini session almost 2 years ago because everyone used to rave about her. She was extremely unprofessional. She has a very overwhelming personality that actually scared my kids. She was constantly in their face, very touchy, and loud. They were not comfortable, and did not like her, especially my son (who was 11 months at the time). She is very unorganized with her business. Was hard to get a hold of. Did not respond to emails or texts. It took a long time to get images from her. I believe we only received images from her because she had an assistant at the time who wound up sending them to us. Even then, it took a lot of texting, calling, emailing, and private messaging over an extended period of time before we got the images.

I have used several photographers since having my first child almost seven years ago and Danielle Hobbs of Bump Meet Baby has been the best by far and will continue to get my business. She is extremely professional before, during and after the session and will listen to what you want as a client. I had her take very specific facial expression shots of my second child years ago and they were EXACTLY what I wanted done simply and delivered quickly. Danielle has also done a holiday mini session for us and was able to get my strong willed, grumpy 18 month old to cooperate and she produced gorgeous pictures AND holiday cards we were proud to mail to our family and friends. The most recent experience I've had with Danielle was my third baby's newborn session. It.was.perfect. The props she provided were the perfect addition without overpowering the sweetness and natural beauty of a newborn. Her talent in posing and soothing and capturing every detail of your newborn is AMAZING! She also got some great shots of all three of my kids and the entire family. I cannot say enough about the newborn session and how pleased I am with the images and products. Danielle is a truly talented photographer who loves what she does and her clients and that is evident during the session and through her work.

Danielle took wonderful photos of our newborn and then 3-year-old in our home. She is so talented at working with sleeping, crying an temperamental babies. She even got a great shot of our whole family with the crazy dog! She's also done mini sessions for our holiday photos. I have always been pleased.

Danielle is an amazing photographer. We planned birth photos and she was there when I called her that I was in labor. She stayed the entire labor and delivery process and even a few hours after that. The photographs she too are so AMAZING!! I will always have those to remember the day my daughter was born. She has also taken family photos as well as a newborn session for our baby girl. She treats you like you are the greatest friend in the world and her photos show that. I have never had another photographer capture my family like she does. You cannot go wrong hiring her! She will not disappoint. Amazingly talented.

Danielle Hobbs at Baby Meets Bump is a baby whisperer. She can work wonders with a new born. Baby Meet Bump is professional and high quality. Magazine worthy. I refer all my friends to Baby Meet Bump.
