Goose Creek Property management is the worst business that you want to rent from. They tried everything in their power to take your deposit. I would never ever rent from Goose Creek Property Management. They are so unprofessional. You have normal wear and tear and they just find everything wrong. I will dispute the charges because I have photos of property.

These people are some of the rudest that I have ever encountered! They evicted my child's daycare today while there were children present. Ok, fine, if you want to evict a business, there is nothing I can do about that. But they had little to no regard for the children that were present and were extremely ugly to me when I came to pick my child up. One lady had the audacity to raise her voice at me b/c I was in her way of throwing toys, food, cribs and computers out to the street. When I called the business to make a formal complaint I got hung up on, apparently b/c I said something that they didn't want to hear. It was shameful but they had no remorse for the treatment of the kids or myself. I guess we'll just see if the better business bureau has more respect and something to say about it. Ugly, just ugly!

Do NOT rent from these people. They are so unprofessional and rude. It takes them forever to fix anything if they ever get to it. They were aweful and I'm sad that we wasted our time with these people. The neighborhood we stayed in was nice but the property management was just simply RUDE! RUDE! RUDE!! FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO RENT FROM! TRUST ME! THEY ARE NICE AT FIRST BUT THEN FLIP THE SCRIPT ON YOU ONCE YOU NEED THEM TO FIX SOMETHING.
