I deal with many banks on a weekly basis. I liked Heritage Trust being a little bank, i've been a member for many years, I know alot of the womem who work there. They do a good job and are pleasant and full of smiles. But now i feel alienated and ready to close my accounts and move on. The problem being i was informed of the new rules that you can't wear hats in the bank to do buisness, and me being a Rastafarian who keeps his locks in a crown, this creates a problem of religious persecution. I wonder how the Muslim and Jewish customers react to this. Rules are rules yes but i am not a middle age or younger white male the usual suspects in the bank robberies, and i take offense to this. The cashiers know me well i would never think of doing something wrong in there. Now i have to search for a more customer friendly bank for my family. Heritage Trust board members who i've voted for many years ago need to pay attention to the needs of good people in the community. I don't like being grouped into negative things. Wake up jerks!!! The money is insured and the police always catch the white dudes who do it. I was told to come off the line in the bank and to go and do my transactions in the drive thru. You jerks need to WAKE THE HELL UP.
