I called to place a order. And got a old woman who was working from home to take my order. It was so messed up. I hung up. WTF. They are out sourcing their phone calls.

Called to place a to go order. Phone rang 15 times before I pulled the phone from my ear to hang up and heard someone pick up. I called back...15 rings...computer....finally got a man who apologized when I mentioned the amount of rings...he took my name, number and address before anything. I gave him my order, he said delivery was out 50 minutes and I told him that was fine. When I asked for pizza sauce instead of marinara for my bread sticks, he said he had to transfer me to someone else who could help me?? WHAT? Phone rang another 15 times and then hung up....no one called me back and 2 hours later I still have no food. I called back and the same guy answered. He asked my name and phone number. Once I gave it I told him to keep my order. I promise I will NEVER call Pizza Hut again.

Normally I have ok serice, nothing to complain about. The last time I went, i had really great service. Nice friendly people and the food was good.

Who wants to eat cold pizza I picked it up and is was cold!
