DO Not Move here!!!!!! I lived here for three years while building my credit. My last two years i had a serious problem with mice and roaches. Exterminator rarely comes. I was not aware until my last few months here that there was a hole leading from the inside under my stove into outside to the sewer where various rats had been coming and going. I have a three year old and i notified staff upon which they sent an exterminator with rat traps!!! Really! I asked them to plug up the hole so that rats would not get into my apartment and they stated they would have to consider it. The maintenance man then came with wire and foam to cover the hole even though that was previously used and the rats ate through it. There was also an infestation next door to me. Exterminator rarely comes and when he does if he thinks you are not home he will not even come into your house to spray. On various occasions i also witnessed the office staff entering apartments with unauthorized people and have the pics to prove it. Worse possible complex ever. When i mentioned the rats and wanting to move they gave me bad reviews for other cpmplexes even though i had been paying here for the past 3 years.
