My daughter and I have spent money in this establishment in the past. But after today it was our absolute LAST Time!! I will NEVER do business here again. I would advise anyone else unless you want them to force you to keep their product even though another business has the exact product for much less then this is your place.. The elderly lady pretended to be so helpful until I returned, literally 30 minutes later for a refund. Just to throw in my face NO REFUNDS!!! I asked her where was it stated in her establishment for a customer to know or to be aware of her policy.. She then pulls a sign out that was evidently hidden during my original purchase. She also states that it was on my receipt. However, the receipt states No Cash, it doesn't state no refunds period.. I only wanted her to place the funds back on my card. She then offers a store credit and proceeds to write on the front and back of a paper receipt.. and attempts to keep the product. REALLY!!!!! Let me think this out, everyone knows receipts fades and could possibly be lost and I am to trust your word with a flimsy receipt that I have store credit..NOT! Not to mention I am being FORCED To Spend my money here in your store!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!
I kept the product and let her know, I will not patronize this business and no one that I know, ever will again.. You fail to realize it is people like me who keep you in business.. The CONSUMER...

BTW, I'm not sure of his position but your son or grandson has issued a full refund in the past to my daughter. No questions asked.. I guess you make up rules and policies as you go.

If I could rate less than a 1, I would have!!!!!!!!!!
