This Wal Mart in particular, this has happened more than once.
You cannot find an employee willing to help you, instead what you will see is a group of them crowding up an aisle, so the customers have to go around them.
Also, this has happened a couple of times, when I would report someone had left their headlights on, I would not hear it announced.
The only reason I would rate this Wal Mart fair because of the convenience and the cleanliness.
The sign customer service can come down.

This is the biggest in the area but I think the customer service could be better
