My company needed someone to do a pool inspection at the last minute. We were able to get an appointment at the exact time we needed it. Drew was incredibly accommodating and knowledgeable throughout the entire inspection. We will definitely recommend Valley Pool & Spa Service, LLC in the future!

We were needing immediate assistance to help with a leak in
our fiberglass pool. Contacted Drew and he immediately came out to help us with our problem. We continued to need his assistance with tearing up stamped concrete and fixing leaks on (2) separate occasions. Drew was first class with knowing how to fix the problems and being kind and considerate with everything we had going on. Drew has been a huge help in turning around a neglected pool I acquired when purchasing my property. After I hired the lowest bidder, I ended up with more problems then I started with. I called Drew in a panick and he came within a few days to diagnosis the issues and provide a fair proposal. I hired Drew to refurbish my green hole in the ground. Services he has provided include pump installation, timer calibration, leveling ph levels, coping, caulking and tile work. Drew had kept me up to date via prompt and through communication and timely visits to get the job done. To summarize, hiring Drew was a great decision and I will definitely rely on him for all my future pool needs!

My pool is a very old pool that has lots of weird quirks. I had a leak that other companies said would cost a lot of money to fix - draining the pool and redoing the whole inside. I called Valley Pool & Spa Service and Drew and his crew came out and fixed the leaks and got me back in business. He has also been great in helping me get my pool up and running this year with putting in a new heater and helping me get my water clean and ready to swim. Drew doesn't just come out and do a small task; if he sees something that needs doing, he takes care of that. I am completely satisfied with Valley Pool & Spa Service!

After meeting with Drew and working with him now for several months we are more than pleased with his promptness, quality of work and professionalism. We had to have it reshaped, new liner, pump and motor and couldn't be happier with the way it all turned out.

So incredibly impressed with Valley Pool's professionalism and responsiveness. They came out, cleaned our pool, maintained the chemicals, and when our pump died, they were right back out to replace it. We'll be calling them again for all our service needs!

I've used several companies in the past and had been unhappy with their services. I was having an electrical issue and other companies came out and wanted to replace the entire lighting system.
