After I found out that my leachfield was failing, I thought that things were going to be real bad...but

The experience I had with the kind people at Albert Frick Associates is one I will tell all of my friends and relatives in need of their Profesional septic system design services. They were able to schedule me us quite fast in comparison to the others I had called, and got to my house promptly on time.

The gentlemen were very knowledgable and were able to explain the septic design process in terms I could easily understand. They took into consideration my ideas for the future of the property and came up with a great location based on these factors. After approx. 10 days I received my plans in the mail and they were computer generated, which made them easy to read and to understand.

I still had a question regarding the design after I got it and had to call their office. To my delight I was able to talk to the designer and work it through quickly.

Overall a great experience in a situation that certainly started bleak!
