Founded by Robert W. Commerford over 40 years ago, we here at Commerford Zoo love bringing our animals and rides out to meet you! It all began with some simple horse buying and selling, but soon we were showing up at local county fairs with rides and parade costumes on. Since then we've added elephants, camels, ponies, kangaroos, and other exotic animals to our family. To keep you entertained while our animals rest, we've also got a super-slide, carousel, and other fun rides. With all that we've created our own fun-fair !

this place is horrible

I wouldn't recommend Commerford zoo to anyone. They advertise that they have a 125 animals ... they don't even have 25 animals in the place then they have the same 5 animals and a few different ones sprinkled through out... I saw a donkey, goat, sheep I don't know how many times throughout the place. they had those poor animals in tiny little cages that they had no room to even move. then they have all these animals cramed into this tiny building with the heat on high! nothing better than fresh hot poop. waited in line for an hour just to buy tickets to get into the building. Then waited another hour in line for tickets for the 4 falling apart crap rides and the elephant and camel ride. The line for the animal rides wrapped all the way around the room, you couldn't even move, with all the people in the building. They are at Timonium fair grounds now, im telling you don't even bother, I have never felt the need to give anyone a bad review but this place is a waste of time and money!
