Lisa is my dogs groomer. We have been going to the Best Little Groom shop for 5 years or more. Lisa is kind and patient with my dog. My dog doesn't like getting groomed. Over the years she has grown to trust Lisa. She even gives Lisa kisses. These are very kind and patient ladies.

I've been taking my dog to Lisa for 2 years now, and I have never been unhappy with my service. I have a particularly difficult dog who rarely lets anyone touch him, but he loves her and loves going to get groomed. I feel comfortable leaving him in their hands and know he will be well taken care of. The prices are very affordable and regulars are treated like family. They're also willing to work with your schedule and allow you leave your pet there after their grooming for a few hours until you can get back to pick them up. I would never take my dog anywhere else.

This place disgusts me. I was in the building where they are located and walked by. Upon walking by, I witnessed the older lady throw a dog on the grooming table because it jumped off. She held its face and was screaming at it for jumping off. I stood there for a few minutes watching her scream and take the brush and hit the dog. This is not acceptable. I then tapped the glass to get her attention. The other lady working came out and screamed in my face that I was in the wrong for watching and that the dog deserved it. Ridiculous. Beware of this place!
