I have been attempting to resolve a pest control problem - squirrels in my ceiling - since at least November 2017. I've made them aware of the problem no less than a dozen times since January.; They express no concern, empathy, or sense of urgency. They advised me that they were waiting for a response from the owner. I called the owner and he advised me that he had not heard from them since December! The only thing they seem to accomplish is passing the ball. Today, I called and received the same rude treatment as always. When I asked Debra to please be professional, she hung up on me. Not surprised. I wish they took a little more pride in their business. As a small business owner myself, I can't imagine speaking to my customers the way Debra speaks to me each and every time I call. We are good tenants, we pay our rent on time every week, maintenance the home in the ways that we are able, mitigate expenses for the owner whenever possible, and yet I am still treated rudely and unprofessionally each time I speak with Debra. Wildly unprofessional behavior.
