The experience in talking with them wasn't as bad as I thought it'd be. When our oldest son was about a year old, we stayed there with family while we were trying to save some money and get the hang of the whole small family thing, I saw a few trailer park-wide yard sale events, and I thought that was kinda cool. I saw that they may still do that, so I'm looking forward to that possibility.

Both then and now, they talked to me politely, they understood why I was contacting them, and they said that they'd be willing to work with us as much as they could. They told my husband and I that they'd be willing to sit and talk with us in-depth and help us to the best of their ability and if they could quite possibly help us to be able to get into one of their cheaper trailers because of what all we've been going through.

So far, I don't have anything negative to say about them other than they weren't really able to help us when I first called and I got disconnected too many times and somehow got transferred over to Brookside Manor {I don't recommend them at all to anyone no matter what. I'll post all the details there}. We'll see how things go when I manage to get us a vehicle and we have money saved up to be able to get into one of their cheaper 2-3 bedroom trailers and I set up an office and inventory room for my home business on Etsy.

Hopefully, we'll be able to get into there for us to be able to give a fully informed review and if it works out for the better, hopefully, we'll end up being able to eventually move into a larger trailer/home, get it paid off completely, buy our own land, and after building a decent foundation, move our trailer/home to our new land for permanent residence.

When we first moved in almost a year ago, the bedroom light didnt work and the faucet in the bathroom sink doesnt work either. Been here almost a year and it still doesnt work after repeated attempts to let them know.

They have screwed us over every month regarding rent since we moved in. We take rent in within the allowed time frame where they tell you there will be no repercussions, but they hold on the money orders and checks for weeks after it was taken in and then try to take you to court for late payments. When they do succeed at taking you to court, they make you pay them court fees as well. Regardless of if the case gets dismissed or not. This is a very greedy company and unless you can afford to pay court costs every other month, I would not waste your time.

And it isnt just happenimg to my family. Other people are getting out for stupid stuff as well because Broadmore is trying to sell their trailers. we are renting.
