I spent over $600 on okay portraits of my children. Amy Elliott was supposed to give me the proofs of all of the photos but never did. I was also unsatisfied with one of the photos and had asked that I receive a different 8x10 pose and I received no response from her. I emaled her several times and she did not respond. I would see her at a local sporting event and she would avoid me. I would not recommend dealing with her as the photos are nice but not great and the customer service is horrible. I am very disappointed with her service.
