I have never received such poor customer service. Upon delivery they did not hook up the appliances nor assemble the furniture. When I called to speak with the manager Dan, he blamed the incident on the customer, refused to listen to my concerns and hung up the line on me. This is unacceptable. He is an embarrassment to the company. For me, customer service goes a long way and I will be considering returning all of my purchases and never do business with them again.
