I had a color hilites, here and it turned out beautiful my stylist really cared about the outcome going over a couple different options with me because she wanted me to be happy with my service, My haircut turned out so stylish I was impressed with how she checked my cut so it was even, i felt assured that my service was done just right. A few of my neighbors reccomened cost cutters to me and im glad they did i will be back for sure,

Today I went into Cost Cutters off of Falls Road in Grafton. I asked for a trim and I got a cut. my hair is CUT uneven. When I went there I was thinking that she would leave my hair dry because when I went to the Cost Cutters off of Port Washington Rd in Grafton they left it dry when they TRIMMED it. After this lady CUT my hair at the cost cutters off of Falls Rd she kept pulling on my hair to a point where I couldn't handle it and had to say ok enough ill go home and style it. Then she proceeded to put leave in conditioner in my hair.. i swear she put almost the whole bottle in my hair. My hair feels short and extremely dirty even though i showered and styled it before i went in to that salon. I will NOT be going back.
