Love this place! Great customer service - very accommodating, I walked in once at closing time and they happily did my nails. I personally think the owner and his brother do the best shellac polish - it stays on awesome! (No lifting, etc) - but everyone there seems friendly and does a great job.

STAY AWAY!!!! Poor customer service and shoddy craftsmanship. Owner is arrogant and unresponsive to complaints. I recommend you spend your hard earned money elsewhere, unless you enjoy being treated rudely and disrespectfully . . . then this is the perfect place for you!

Absolutely love this place! They all do such a great job! I've never been disappointed!

Inconsistent service, very poor business ethics and management, would not recommend nor will I go back again...

The salon is very clean and well ran! The people are all family oriantated and make a great atmosphere! Love he service and friendliness!

Had an appt. for a per and when I was almost done, I was ambushed by Billie, Tina and desk

recept. I was told I was called because Tina's child was sick and she needed to stay home.

When I got to the desk, I saw Billie not doing anything and that is when he should have approached me and said that they tried to call me but Tina could not come in. That would have been the professional way to handle the situation as that gave me the opportunity to have someone else do the per or come back another time. I have had a couple other people do my per/mani and the service did not look good and did not last even a week. That is when I started requesting Tina to be sure I am getting what I am paying for.

Instead Billie, Tina and the desk receipt. came over just as I was finishing and informed me that they called me and said I was harder to get a hold of than the president. One call does not justify an ignorant statement like that. Also, he asked If I was royalty that no one else could do my nails.

My answer to that ignorant statement is No, I just

want what I pay for. If there are others that can

do a good job, I never got them. The incompetence of the desk receipt. to say well maybe I dialed wrong as there was no call on my phone plus how ignorant is it not to leave a voicemail which other businesses would have

done. I had no call or voicemail. Was totally surprised that they ambushed me. Shame on Tina, for planning and executing the ambush along with Billie and the desk receipt. They had no right to shame me in front of other customers.

Billie's and Tina's actions were unprofessional,

irresponsible, ignorant and abusive. Shame on them as the churchgoers they claim to be. I also am a churchgoer and they do not teach that type of behavior in my church. Hope they do not teach their children their abusive ways.

i absolutely loved my service there! i got the shellac nail polish change, and it was only 20$! she did a wonderful job, and it lasted me almost a whole month! i definitely plan on going back there from now on. everyone was super nice and polite as well which is hard to find now a days.

If you value your health, stay away!! Took my daughter here a few days before vacation for mani pedis. Within 3 days, she had a bad infection in her finger. Had to get antibiotics which aren't working. 4 days in Canada, and we are going straight to the hospital from the airport. Most costly Manicure for the pain it has caused my 11 year old daughter :(

Very good service, however, I do not recommend get the gel/shallac done there it cost me 90 dollars for shellac mani/pedi and the chipped within the week.

This is the best place I've been for manicures and pedicures. Great work, friendly people, very clean, and reasonable prices. I highly recommend Silver Nails!
