Josh and Matt found the problem and relaid the information to me . Take several pictures and explain the problem in layman terms.Several suggests we're made within being pressured , but gave me time to think what was my best options.

Awesome and dependable! Josh did wonderful job finding the problem we had with lack of airflow to our master bedroom. He cleaned my units and serviced them in a rapid efficient manner. Total professional from start to finish! Definitely recommend both Josh and Don Hall Heating and Cooling.

DON'T Use, my heat and air could go out and they would be the last people I would use. Alamance County has better professionals that can and will do a better job for less than half the cost quoted by Don Hall

Our a/c stopped working. We called Don Hall and they came out and had to order us a new compressor. It was not in stock so they let us use a portable a/c that kept us from sweating all night long! They installed the compressor when it came in and it has been working fine. Everyone from the lady who answered the phone to the service technician were all so nice. They even put on booties over their shoes every time they came in to our house. I wish I could train my husband to do this. Thanks again Don Hall.
