These guys feel that they not responsible for any of the orders.

I ordered flowers for a grieving family on Wednesday, I received an email order confirmation, showing that they will be delivered the same day. On Friday I found out that the flowers have not been delivered and I called them back, the girl said she doesn't know what happened to them and she told me she will call the delivery guy and will call me back right away. She never called me back.

By Monday the flowers were still not delivered. I called again and explained everything that had happened before. I spoke I guess with another girl and she said she didn't know who I spoke to on Friday, she spoke with me a bit rude and irritated. She said that that the system was not working and they did not receive the order, that it's not their fault and the girl didn't call me back because she was overwhelmed with all the funerals they had that day. That was her excuse and she was rude!

If you need flowers for an important or sensitive occasion, I would not recommend ordering from them, as they don't hold themselves responsible for anything and if you order the flowers online there is no way for you to know whether the order gone through or not. Apparently order confirmation in nothing! And at least they should have told me that my order didn't go through the first time I called.
