Arrived at 10:00 and waited for about 10-15 minutes for them to open the doors, no one ever showed up or opened the door. :(

I have purchased several things from this business. They have gone beyond my expectations. The products have been better priced than the big box stores, “I checked” The one time that I needed service, they did it the same day. I ran across the above rating while surfing and thought that I should comment. The above comment shows a total lack of class, it amazes me that someone buys something from one store, then gets mad at a competitor because they are not put first on that stores to do list. If I owned a business, I would take care of those that buy from me. As a customer of the said business I would be mad if they put this clueless, classless person ahead of me when they made their purchase elsewhere. This store has been great to me, but I am a customer of theirs.

Nancy provided HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and VERY HATEFUL. We have a washer and dryer from Frigidaire that needed servicing and she told me because we didn't purchase those appliances from her store then they were not in any rush to help us with the repairs and YES those are the words that came out of her mouth. Being a business owner myself I don't know how she is ok with treating her customers so bad. Makes me feel that since we didn't purchase our appliances from them, they in return would have not fixed our washer and dryer correctly. So we are now back to square 1 on trying to find another service provider and that is just fine considering the headache that would have come from dealing with Nancy. I wouldn't have given any stars in this review but had to in order to post this. So for anybody needing to purchase any appliances I wouldn't recommend this store to anybody. It would be well worth the time, money and drive to purchase your appliances else where.
