10-11-16 My name is Sharon Carter, I am a disabled 73 year old lady and I have been considered more or less "homeless" since October 14, 2015 when I was maliciously forced out of my home by the Glendale MHC, trailer park, Graham, WA, managers, Jillene Frost and James Nace, and the owner, Joel Erlitz, his corrupt lawyer, B tony branson, (Puyallup) who, among other things, repeatedly lied, maliciously harassed me and fraudulently called 911, defamed me and my family to neighbors, and submitted false and fraudulent documents...to get access to my properties, garage, etc. I have witnessed them lie and deceive the same to a young family down the street from me, and two families one street over from me, as well as others on 92nd Ave Ct E, and throughout the park. Additionally, Joel Erlitz stole $723 from me and although I tried to get it back in court, the judge said it was another action and Joel Erlitz (owner from Seattle), refused to send it to me when I requested it. I sold my home for peanuts just to escape their torments and fraudulent kick out notices. Check the mobile home sales in this and his other trailer parks. The owner, Joel Erlitz, his lawyer, T branson (puyallup), and the managers, Jillene Frost and James Nace, are evil conspirators here and no one is immune.
