Very courteous and friendly staff - always spoke to me with respect and soon made me feel like I'd been a valued customer for many years even though it was my first visit... The gift bags left in the car are a Awesome touch (and they're not some silly, worthless freebee either... my bag was full of practical items that were NOT cheap and very much appreciated.)

I never give 5 stars because no one is perf. Loved their service though a little upset with how high diagnostic fees are, when other places offer them for free if you fix your car there. ALll in all a trustworthy great shop! I am in college and they worked with me on everything can't wait to get my little Jetta back on Monday! Thanks Graham Auto Repair!

Indubitably the best mechanics I've ever been to. For a simple oil change they top off your fluids, air pressure in your tires and vacuum your car. They check your car for any problems. They have ways to pick you up or drop you off at any destination. They put little gift bags in your car. They gave me a lifetime warranty on my rear brake rotors, calibers and my one brake pad

The folks at Graham Auto are friendly, fast and good at what they do. I called them mid-morning on a Saturday and asked if they could install an alternator and belt in my Ford Ranger. I had already purchased the parts and got too busy to do the work myself which would have taken me a while as a do-it-yourself person with limited experience in installing an alternator. I dropped off the truck in the afternoon and they had it ready that same afternoon. WOW! Even though they were busy, they fit me in. I don't live in Graham. My truck was stranded there. I plan to return for other service even though I live an hour away. I was impressed with their friendliness, prompt service and reasonable pricing.
