I asked for a custom made Military Hat with all my ribbons and rank insignia on a billed cap, and Innovative Stitches came through with flying colors. The hat was perfect and as a Vet., I am proud to wear it. I've had loads of positive feedback and great comments on it. I would go to this company again for any of my embroidery needs. Mike
