North Star Elementary School offers a variety of educational and enrichment programs to more than 650 students enrolled in grades kindergarten through six. It teaches various subjects, including English, math, science, social studies, health education, language arts, computer science, music, arts and crafts and physical education. The school has fully equipped computer laboratory, library and media center. It also offers various extracurricular activities and sports programs to students. The school s parent-teacher association organizes and participates in various school events, such as fund-raisers that support individual grants, assemblies, field trips and technology requirements of the school. Located in Graham, Wash., North Star Elementary School is part of the Bethel School District that governs more than 20 elementary, middle and high schools, and enrolls over 17,500 students.
