ake a shower early in the morning!! I took mine around 8:30am then my boyfriend took one around 9:00am and his shower was freezing!! Could not get any warm water both mornings he showered. Then a day after we checked out I discovered another charge to my credit card, called the hotel to see what this charge was for guess they did not find all 5 pillows that were in the room...I had not yet checked out was still in my room when a maid knocked on my door saying they had me marked as checked out, and asked when I left my room to go downstairs to check out if I would leave my door propped open for her I did.. then a pillow comes up missing I get charged for it not sure who would steal a pillow I know I for sure did not and when I called back about this charge I was told it could not be removed even though I did not take one of their USED SMALL & UNCOMFTORABLE pillows. Pretty sad that on top of getting charged for the room I get charged for a pillow I never took, will never be staying here ever again, also make sure you count your pillows before you leave better yet take them to the front desk because they will not believe that you left the 5 pillows in the room before you checked out.

I get that it's protocol but I do not take what is not mine, I left that room with only my things!
