Well, judging by the other reviews I see I am not alone in having an extraordinarily poor experience. (And, btw, I just joined for the purpose of warning people about this particular dr...)

In short, I  set up an appt w/Chu, , she gave me a diagnosis with barely any examination, I was then given a $45 topical treatment with no instructions on how to use it. Then, was charged for the consulation when it was supposed to be free. Called the Billing manager to inquire why I was charged and instead of calmly explaining why my visit didn't qualitfy as free (as advertised on Dr J's website), the billing manager insinuated I was lying about the reason and nature of my visit and said I was "just trying to get out of paying my medical bills." Truly incredible. Avoid this people. Staff are dishonest and deceitful. I went to see Dr. Carolyn Kassabian and she was FANTASTIC! She found several moles that were removed that PA Chu missed. I cant say enough AWESOME things about that doctor.

Dr. Jankowski is the best dermatologist. I have chronic eczema and have previously been to multiple dermatologists. Dr. Jankowski is the only one who helped me. She spends time with you, listens to you, and knows exactly what to prescribe. Her staff was extremely courteous and friendly. I now recommend her to all my family and friends!
