We got the most unhelpful, surliest repair man ever to fix our dryer. We had two broken rollers which he charged almost $300 to fix. When I asked him "what could have broken it?" His response was "I don't know"We also had him check our ice maker, which used to work just fine but started leaking so we had to turn it off. He told me we'd have to order a whole new ice maker and said "there's no way this will make ice. It cannot make ice." When I told him that it worked just fine for over a year since we moved in, he basically called me a liar and said something like "I will believe what I know before I believe what you say".I used this company because they are near by and have good reviews. BEVER AGAIN!

Called to order a maintenance man over to repair my stove, the right front burner would never spark over the past few days. I never had to have an kitchen appliance serviced however these folks we're speedy and even cheap. Absolutely no problems.

The other day I had a situation with my washing machine. I just felt like it was not cleansing the garments properly, my kids in particular. Called these people and got a service specialist out that very same working day. The price was fair, repair man thoroughly clean and overall absolutely no problems. Recommended.

They are fairly priced, show up on time, and know their stuff. Normally I don't trust appliance companies. I feel like they are going to over pay since usually we are in quick need to get the appliance fixed or buy a new appliance but after using Granada Hills Appliance Repair, I'll be using them again and again.

They troubleshot my freezer problem over the phone and now it is working. They delivered great service and we are very happy to be using our freezer again.
