Many years ago I ran into a friend I had not seen in awhile and I just couldn't pin point why he looked so different. The whites of his eyes were very white and the colored part of his eyes was much lighter than normal. He had bad skin but this day his skin was clear and the pores seemed to be smaller. He told me he started getting colonics. Just like with any service I kept researching until I found the best! After trying a few Hydro Therapists I decided to look no further and I am extremely satisfied with Introspective Health in Chatsworth, California. The staff is warm, friendly and genuinely cares about your health. Over the years they have educated me on diet & detoxing which gave me the confidence I need to refer others. When you have a great experience you want to share with others. From my own experience as a woman colonics are best done after your period when the body is less sensitive. When I feel under the weather or actually sick a colonic heals me which convinces me that sickness & diseases live in the colon. The most noticed benefits I have experienced from the many years of getting colonics are decrease of PMS irritability & a youthful appearance with a glow leaving me no choice but to share my secret of youth which is getting colonics.

I have been going to IntroSpective Health for over 5 years and I can't say enough good things about it. Everyone that works there is really nice and they always make me feel comfortable no matter what service I'm getting (try the ear candling... its so relaxing and I always hear better after the session..I do it about once a year). Ruth is the owner and she's just the best but I've also been with Rusty and she's great too. They have the experience, they know what they are doing, and they make you feel confortable especially considering the potential for "awkwardness" if your getting a colonic. If its your first time and your not really sure about cleansing, go to IntroSpective Health you will be glad you did and wonder how you ever got through life without it. They ROCK!!!!!

I don't normally write reviews, but I felt obliged to recommend this facility. I have never had colon irrigation. Found this gold mine while searching the web. When I called to make an appointment the receptionist was so helpful in answering all my questions, she genuinely answered them all with detail. Sandra was my Colonic Therapist; she is so knowledgeable and truly made the whole process so comforting. I didn���t really believe the whole ���how great you���ll feel��� part after just one session, but after just 45min the perfect words to describe how I was feeling was FULL OF LIFE! If you try this place just once, you���ll love it.
