TERRIFIC experience here always. Jeff the owner is very honest and not pushy on any work needed done. They will check out your car and give you a list what is needed first. I also know these guys here are top techs from the Mercedes Benz dealership so you get the real deal here. My car is always repaired right and my bill is affordable. I say to friends and family they are the best in the valley. I have tried the others and Silver Star is now the only shop I will go to for quality work and also for peace of mind.

By far they know the most and give you the best! I have lived in the valley for 32 years and I have tried out the other Mercedes Benz shops. This one they are honest and my repair bill isn't over the top. FIVE stars! more if I could give. Sincerely a customer for life.

I have been coming here for about 5 months now give or take. I had been going to another Independent shop for some time. (over 2 years) Also I have used the dealership for warranty. I always either had to wait long and not happy with them finding more being wrong with my car than I expected and high repair bills. So since I have been taking my car here I have not only saved a ton of money because they are honest. I was informed of 2 recalls on my car the dealership needed to repair at no cost. Now the Independent shop I had been going to should have informed me of this long ago, but they didn't nor did the dealership say a word! Jeff the owner here he not only told me about it but called the dealership, made me the apt and made sure they still covered it for free. Now I always get excellence, they are the best of the best working here. If you have a Mercedes Benz you won't find a better automotive center anywhere.

I have been going here for 18 months with all three of our familys Mercedes which include a 2010 G Wagon, 2009 R Wagon and 2007 SL . Jeff the owner is very knowledgeable and honest. All the employees are very qualified. They also repaired my SL the dealership did not fix right. I am always very happy with my repair bill and the service.

I got a flyer from this shop with service specials. I thought well they are close I'll try them out. And not only do they have good prices they have fantastic Mercedes technicians. These guys are Certified Mercedes Factory trained so I have found the shop I will be going to from now on for everything.

WOW we found the best shop!! Our GL and R Wagon will always be going here for everything. They are pros and very easy to talk to. I am so happy to have found this shop with real Certified Mercedes technicians which you don't find at many independent shops well any that I have been to in the valley. Jeff is honest and super Mercedes-Benz experienced having many years at the dealership. He made me a list of what was needed now and what we could wait on. Great prices here, no more needing the greedy dealership.

We have taken both our Mercedes for service and repairs here and have recieved quality work at good prices. These are true Certified Mercedes Benz techs that are honest and know everything Mercedes. Also Jeff informed us of a recall on my car and even took the time to set the apt for us with a Service Adviser at the dealership and made sure it would be no cost. They really care about their customers and we won't go anywhere else.

Jeff has over 30 years Mercedes Benz dealership experence and offer prices that are afforable. Jeff was able to find a problem my car was having and repaired it that the dealership could not. I have nothing but the best to say them! They also gave me a ride to my office, picked me up and my car was washed when they gave me my keys. Awesome!!
