My sisters mid-rare steak came our mid-well (thin pink strip). My fiancée's steak came out rare (red throughout). My sister asked to have the steak re-done. The manager asked my sister to cut into the second steak to make sure it was to her liking. The manager then told my sister that "At their restaurant, if she wants the steak to come out like that she has to order it mid-rare" (which she had). When the check came, my they were charged for both steaks. My brother-in-law said that he would prefer that both steaks actually come off the bill since they were never served the steak they ordered. The manager said "You HAVE to pay for one of the steaks since we fixed the issue for you." After about 5 minutes of explaining to the manager how the first steak was their mistake, a concept she refused to believe, she finally apologized for it. Then claimed that the second steak will still have to be paid for. Eventually after another 5 minutes of arguing with us she took it off the bill

We dine here two or three times a week and never have a bad time. Their ribeyes are well marbled and they have a great beer selection. The manager akeays comes by and talks with us also.

Steaks and service are always great. They are always busy, so you know the food is great.
