These people are uneducated hicks. Called them about bats above our apartment window. We were smelling bat guano and urine really bad. There solution was to tell the apartment manager to close up the holes that the bats were getting into and have them die inside the wall. So now we have to smell of bat guano, urine, and rotting bats. I have two little babies and this is just wrong. Now there after us because my husband had to catch the bat to prove that we had bats. It was dead when we got the bat down from the net and used gloves. And now were the criminals. This guy from animal control blew us off and said he doesn't do bats but yet he tells our apartment manager to close the holes. Now animal control says were in trouble. These people at animal control don't care about families and there health. My husband was trying to protect his family and have someone clean out the bats. These people need to be fired! They have their priorities a little mixed up to say the least.
