Use to come here often to get I pulleys and such for my john deere and my toro went in today for a simple idler pulley and the super rude and abrasive girl at counter told me I don't look up john deere parts which was strange because I've bought idler pulleys for my jd there before as well as blades !! Have also dropped my jd off there to have it worked on !!So 1 more customer lost I'll drive to Cleburne when I need parts . Girl needs some customer service training .

After I get my mower back I won't be doing business there anymore. The people are flat out rude! I ask for an estimate of time and the "lady" was very snotty on the phone. Never again!

This company does not stand by their products even under warranty! You are better off driving a few extra miles and purchase it else where.

I dont like complainning but I am a mechanic from way back and me and my dad who is 86 years old have hardly ever taken any equipment into a shop to be fixed. Dad always told me dont pay for something that you can fix yourself. We he is not physically able to fix his equipment any longer. I told him I would replace the primer button on his chain saw and he told me that I didnt have time. He told me to take it in to a shop and have them fix it and he would pay for it, if it was not too high. I checked the internet and this place seemed to be clean and nice. I asked them how much it would cost to have the primer bulb replaced and the guy in the front said, $22.00 I knew I could not fix it any less so i told them to do it, and to sharpen the chain which they said would be $8.00. A few days later I get a message on my voice mail telling me in a very rude way that the saw had too many problems. The gas lines needed to be replaced and the cylinder wall and piston was scored, "it would cost more to fix this THANG, then a new one would cost." I called back later and asked why he even tore into my dads engine. That was not even part of the work order. he told me it was a courtesy to tear into it. Well Courtesy means free of charge, but he told me, after he had said that I didnt know what I was talking about, And I told him to put it back together and I would come get it and fix it myself like I should have done in the first place. I said I tryed to find an honest mechanic and failed. He was in the business to sell their product instead of fixing a persons used equipment and I was not going to be pulled into that and have my dad get shafted. he told me he would put it back togethre as it was, but i would owed him $13.00 before getting it back. I told him I was not going to pay him for work that I or my dad didnt authorize. So I went in today, 6-27-13 to talk to the owner thinking he would have more sense and honesty about him. He didnt. He very cockiley told me they did not fix it and as soon as I paid $13.52 I could get it back. I told him I was not going to pay for work that I didnt author..............he cut me off and told me that I did authorize it. So I realized he and his mechanic had gottent their stories together and he just flat told me a lie. He said his mechanic started doing the work as I wanted and when the gas lines jus fell out of it, he stopped immediately, and called me and left a message meaning that I owed him for that work. What happened to the fact that he had also torn into the engine, NOT NEEDED or authorized and informed me the piston and cylinder wall was scored. Proving he not only went into my engine without my authorization tryed to charge me for work he had not done but tried to sell me a new saw. he did not expect to have a mechanic to bring in a saw and figured I was just another rich, retired guy that knew nothing about saws. He lied to me, his boss lied to me and they kept my saw. I told them both I would call the Better Business people and report them. He said, "call anyone you want, we dont care." I had to go back to my 86 year old feable dad and tell him they shafted us and stole him saw. He was not happy. Dont bother takening your used equipment to them. They will do work that you dont authorize and them change you more than the estimate, and expect you to not only accept it but like it. The are liars and thives. I retired from the Sheriff department after 28 years of service. I learned how to find liars, and these guys are really good, but Liars any way. They will keep my dads saw. rebuild it and sell it putting money in their pocket. Just stay away from this business. Oh yea I didnt intend to give them a star rating at all but it would not let me enter it if I didnt, so I gave it a one.
