There is not enough room to tell you my disappointment in this store. One mistake after another. Quoted me a price of 1200.00 first appt. Second appt. gave him a picture of what I wanted asked about price again quoted me a price of 1200-1800 after he saw my picture, my gold and my diamonds. Went to see new mold wrong ring. 4th appt. right ring wrong size. Picked up ring wrong size and got a bill for 3100.00. I asked for an explanation. He changed the mounting without even making a phone call, additional 500.00 for me forgot to use my gold additional 900.00 for me. The rest he just misquoted and said I'm sorry. He said he would change the size of the ring in the summer, and offered me a store credit for my gold after he weighed it. Forget that, I don't have any trust he would be fair. I have purchased a 1200.00 bracelet and a 7000.00 pair of earrings from this store. I was a loyal customer and believed I would be treated fairly. They lost a good customer.
