They are great people working here, always friendly and helpful.

Very rude in the postal Office they dont care about people trying to get help about a package i called them about my package and she didnt care about me or if i needed help will not be going there any more

I sent some homemade treats for my critically ill niece who had been hospitalized for 2 weeks. Rather than leave the package within a plastic bag hanging from the security gate at the entrance of my niece's driveway, or in the large plastic trunk also located near the entrance to the driveway, the postal employee left it on a fire ant mound. When my sister arrived home in the dark, after staying with my niece in the hospital overnight following her surgery, my sister picked up the package and placed it in her car - not realizing there were fire ants on it. Now the gift is not only ruined, but my sister was bitten by fire ants and had them crawling in her car. I am disgusted by the lack of care this postal employee took when delivering this package. While this was not an expensive item, my concern is that the postal employee took no care when delivering this package. Consumers beware -- apparently postal employees, at least the ones in Granbury, have no regard for your packages. I'll be sending future packages via UPS to Granbury, Texas.
