I had driven by this wonderful country store and bakery for about a year. The only regret-I didn't visit them sooner. The lemon-honey cookies are to die for! Love the atmosphere and staff very friendly and personable. I will be trying many more treats, sandwiches or whatever else they may come up with. Don't walk, run to this gift to Granby Ct!

My husband and I have been to Peppermill now 3 times. The prior review NO ONE should pay any attention to because OBVIOUSLY this Linda E. does not know what good food is!! We too have enjoyed the pulled pork - they actually did the sandwich on this fabulous ciabotta bread - OUT OF THIS WORLD. The tuna melt....OMG....heavenly - the melted fresh parm really sends this one over the top! The only thing Linda E. got right....its clean and the staff is super friendly - its nice to see some good old customer service now-a-days. Best wishes for this new business in granby.....we will be back many many times!!!!!

We have gone twice since the store opened just a short time ago. We will not return.



Store is very clean. The kids that run the cashier are very polite. We had high hopes, unfortunately the food is not very good. We have had two types of hot food, one cold salad, and several baked goods, all if which were just "ok". Personally I didn't like the hot meals at all and my husband had to eat my portion. For example, the pulled pork was cooked thoroughly, but tasted like pork and ketchup to me. Such a shame!
