They are only getting one star because I can't give zero stars.

I went in there a few weeks ago to get my hair cut and highlighted. I didn't like how the highlights came out, you could hardly tell she did anything to it. You could still see where the last time I had my hair highlighted was. That shouldn't happen when you just get your hair done. I paid $134 plus a tip. I called them and scheduled an appointment for her to fix it. The second time it looked better, but it still wasn't what I asked for. I even showed her a picture of what I wanted this time. The second time, they charged me $77 (in addition to the $134 that I had paid previously) to fix their mistake. This was for 2 bowls of color, a toner, and a blow dry and style. I shouldn't have to pay for their mistake. I didn't mess up my highlights, she did.
I told the owner, Amy, that when I scheduled the second appointment, I was told that it would be about $30 for the color and that I wouldn't be charged for the services. If they had only charged me $30 for the color, I wouldn't have been upset. But they charged me $77 for it, and the owner, Amy, stated that " a blow dry and style isn't included in the price when getting hair redone". I asked if they just let their clients leave with wet hair, she said "If that's what they want".

I left a poor review on their Facebook page, which I have since deleted because I thought this would be resolved. I follow Platinum Studio on Instagram and I noticed I couldn't find their page anymore and that they had blocked me. I asked Amy why I was blocked, and she said "it's industry procedure. I'm sorry if you don't like it".

I was just asking to be reimbursed for the $77 that I unfairly paid for a service that I did not receive as requested.
