Very rude, loud cashier yesterday in the Granby store. She was on the 12 items and under lane, no one in her line. I said "I have a few more than 12, will you check me out?" She went into a loud, boring speech why she couldn't and hollered to a "Shannon" to ask permission. I said there's no one in your line! I was ready to leave the groceries there and exit. I was very embarrassed. She needs to be taught some tact and her voice toned down a lot. Rosanne was her name and I will never go through her lane again.

I am just getting home from stop and shop and I am still fuming! I am a aging women who finds it hard to shop any more. Today I got into a line to check out that had a bagger. By the time it was my turn the bagger had disappeared. I have had major surgeries of fusions to both my wrist and it is difficult and painful for me to bag myself. I did minor things, but, left the rest for the clerk. Initially she needed a key for the register and I told her "and a bagger". There were other employees wandering around but, no one seemed to stop to help bag...instead worried about collecting hand baskets and such! So before I left the cashier I had, made sure I heard and said to the next Young lady in line...."I am sorry you had to wait"! So now you use intimidation to your customer?

Love this store, everyone is so friendly, the store is always clean however I had a terrible experience with a cake that I asked them to make for my daughter's birthday. If came out nothing like I asked for. I wanted 30 cupcakes, they gave me 13. I had 25 people coming over so 13 cupcakes didn't even feed half. The young man told me 30 cupcakes would be around $25, they charged me $20 for 13. I didn't complain because I had no choice. I picked up the cake 1/2 before the party was to start. Also please, please, please start carrying strawberry fluffernutter and chicken steak 'ums. I have to go to Big Y to get these items which my kids love but Big Y is out of the way for me.

Truwhip website says this Stop-n-Shop carries their line of product , but they dont ! Please Stop-n-Shop start carrying this wonderful product again ! You need to give people a chase to TRY it ! Restock the shelf again , Please !
