Steve's Tree Service was scheduled to remove a tree in my neighbor's yard on 10/15/13. They were going to have to cut the tree down from my property because of where the tree was located. On 10/7/13 I asked for proof of liability insurance as well as a letter stating they would repair any damage done to my property as a result of the falling tree as well as their heavy equipment on my lawn. Cindy, who was very nice said sure. The letter never came. I followed up and Cindy always assured me she was going to send it. The morning of I still hadn't recieved the paperwork so I called the company. Steve yelled at me for 3 minutes about how unreasonable I was and how he had worked with "people like me before". I was absolutely shocked at the way he treated a customer. His ramblings really didn't make sense, it almost sounded as if he were drunk. I could not even get a word in over his non-sense yelling. Our phone call ended with him hanging up on me. Needless to say, he never showed up to cut the tree down. He was so, so rude to me. I wouldn't recommend doing business with someone who treats concerned customers so poorly.
