I cannot get my mail delivered to my home address. I put a change of address in back in October. It is January 17th and my packages and mail are still getting returned to sender. I have tried calling numerous times, but this location doesn't seem to answer calls. I even faxed them thinking that I could get a response. I have also called the USPS 800 number, but was told that it could take several days for a response from Grand Bay. I have received calls from businesses saying my mail was returned because "street wasn't found". It is amazing that I can receive junk mail but not personal mail. I also talked to the mail carrier about this, and was told that it just takes a while to get the mail...October until January????????

I have no idea what the other person is talking about. We have been in our same location for 7 years, and we have only good things to say about our postal people. They deliver up to our door (which is not close to the road), they know us and our kids by name, we have never had a problem with a package, and they have even given a gift (hand drawn full size poster) to my kids.

The people working at this office are either incompetent or thieves. Nearly a dozen of our packages have been "lost" on delivery from this office in the past five or so months alone. This pattern has been consistent for the 13 plus years we have lived in Grand Bay and this year was by far the worst. School supplies like back packs, articles of clothing, books, electronics, and now my ecig supplies. Someone at this office has been making out like a bandit and the Inspector General has been notified. The businesses I order from are fed up with it as well, since they routinely have to reship my products, often with private sector methods to ensure delivery.
