I always use drive through and looks clean when I pull up. I think this is the only arbys we go to and we’re in Burton. They did make a mistake and Edward he helped us out so much and replaced the whole order. He was kind, understanding not annoyed at all very professional. I will continue to go a little out of the way for such service. As well the food was fresh and tasted great. I love arbys I think they are pretty fresh for fast food better to me anyway then any other fast food. Thanks so much Edward we appreciate your help in resolving our minor issue and making us feel welcomed.
