We buried a friend today and the roads were in terrible shape. You would think that if you owned a business like that you would go out of your way to help family and friends. I would never recommend this place for a funeral.

I barried my father he March 2016. Still waiting on the headstone the was bought and ordered 6 months ago. Also it is nothing but weed growing on the grave. Did have a sheplard's pole they don't even try to cut the weeds down around its base. I've have to take my weed wacker to trim around the grave. I've place an American flag next the the base of the pole and they keep taking it off stating it was taken off for lawn maintenance, that I have to weed wack myself. They have also removed the flags stating it was law to do this. They still state this when I show them the flag code and explain my brother and I are Eagle Scouts and know the flag pole

Crestwood didn't want to work with me on me on doing a custom design on my mom's stone so I went to Evergreen & they made her marker with my own design. I live in Colorado & yesterday I learned that her stone was damaged by a piece of their machinery. I called them & the woman was very cold& said they aren't responsible for any damage to markers that weren't purchased from them & hung up on me! Literally, hung up on me! She was very rude from the start of our conversation. Also, When I went to the office to arrange for my mom's burial, they said they couldn't bury her because the purchaser of the grave had to sign in order for her to be buried. The grave was in my mom's name but the purchaser was my grandma. I was so upset over my mom's death & then to be told that? I told him that if he needed permission then he can march straight out the door & get permission from my grandma who's buried right next to my mom's grave! It didn't take much for them to get on it after my melt down. I'm probably their most remembered, "customer."

How can people who work in a cemetary show so little care? Now the owner will not contact me without me sending a letter with my concerns. Wish it was like that in education, sorry patents write a letter then I think about getting back to you. Steal flowers from Graves, no letter to let us know new rules. THEY SUCK,Amy the "manager" definitely has no compassion.

I have been waiting on my mom's marker since spring. They keep saying they will check on it. They never call us back. I'm starting to think they may have mismanaged the money. Has any one else had this long of a wait?

Have had several plants, wreaths & decorations stolen from my parents. Their mower "shaved" my mothers side of the gravestone and repeated requests for repair have been ignored. After all it took over 2 years to get my mother's name corrected on the stone. Very disappointed with them.

My father was laid to rest in this crappy cemetery! Plots were bought many years ago. He is in The garden of the last Shepard and there is No money put in there to keep it up. I get so sick when I go there grass is growing over markers sunken markers 3 to4 inches I have asked to have it raised several times! The owner must be a millionaire because he sure don't put any money towards the cemetery. The roads have huge holes cement all broken. The office is discussing also holes in carpet ect. Don't bury anyone you love there. My friends father passed in Oct. they still don't have any grass or his marker down. Just weeds growing!!! This is one of the worst cemetery's in Genesee county!! Hope the owner micheal Butts sleeps well!!!! Very very discussded! I had to put a rating it would be 0 stars!

I would not recommend this cemetery to anyone!!!! They do not maintain the property very well. Roads are horrible. If it rains much the "garden of the 10 commandments" is flooded. They have a pond, which attracts geese...who poop everywhere!!!! Requests to perform simple maintenance at a gravesite still has not been done 3 weeks after request. Gravesites where someone has been buried over 3 months ago have no grass, but knee high weeds growing on them.
