Terrible customer service and everyone appears to walk out of this place with the same hairstyle, plastered down with hairspray and ultra flattened out, not very flattering or current. The owners refused to listen to any complaints and are exceedingly dismissive of anyone who disagrees with them, to the point of belittling and arguing non-stop. Learn how to treat your customers, people. Overpriced for the type of services that you are receiving, although they are not the "premier salon" they want the world to believe they are.

I loved the comfortable feature the salon offered and that the stylist was so friendly. I was nervous after reading the reviews about other salons in the area. They worked with my hair, which is hard to do! Glad to find somewhere that is golden for me!!!

Not impressed. The Salon is very nice however I had to wait an hour before the stylist even touched my hair. I showed her 6 pics of what I wanted and she pretty much did nothing to my hair... nothing like the pics or what I wanted. Very unprofessional.

I recently received a Hair Cut, Color, Highlight and lowlight from Cari Cobb at Don Franco Hair Company. I have to be honest, I was terrified to try a new stylist and terrified to try a new salon. I have been going to the same stylist for years and unfortunately he is no longer in the business. Nevertheless, I set up an appointment with Cari and I was so incredibly impressed. The salon has an excellent ambiance and they were so catering to my needs. I was greeted by Cari's assistan,t who is an absolute Gem, and was so kind and courteous. He took me back to Cari where I was introduced to her and we had a brief consultation about my hair type, my hair concerns and my future haircut and color goals. She was VERY honest with her recommendation and I appreciated that the most! She carefully explained what the outcome was going to look like and asked if it was going to satisfy my concerns. The end result was SPECTACULAR! I am so very happy and Cari has a client for life. Aside from that, the staff is very kind and they were all so easy to talk to and relate to. Great Job!
