I'm sitting here right now listening to the carpet repair service, very rude, very loud, stomping, incosiderate, the landlord didn't give us a warning that it would be starting at 10 am. it's 1:18 pm now and I'm not sure when it will stop but it better soon. Around a month ago they were doing the same task and no one moved in but maybe they didn't do a good job in the first place. The back "protected wetlands" aren't very protected, the grass has been dissmantled for over 3 years now, it looks really bad. The cement on all of the pavements is cracked and in some places they should have a warning yellow sign so you dont' trip and fall. Make sure if you move here to look out for children crossing near the front of the entrance, and wildlife. In the winter, at 2 am when it's not snowing very hard make sure you know you will be woken up from the plows scrapping across the pavement. Don't get me started on the rude hours of the lawnmowers that mow right next to your window in the wee hours.
