It used to be great until it changed owners! They lied to me about brushing my dogs teeth the last 2 visits because I just discovered a rotten tooth after a day of horrendous drooling from my 3 1/2 year old labrador! I now need to get her tooth extracted and get her teeth professionally cleaned. Sure would have been nice for them to either tell me about the tooth they discovered was bad while brushing her teeth OR let me know that they ran out of time and could not brush her teeth as part of the package with her bath! I should have known better when they called in half the usual time and said she was ready! I am thoroughly disgusted with the new owners. It is now called Paw Tastic and is located at the same place.

Grand Blanc Pet Salon WAS the best until the new owners came in. If you are going there now, MAKE SURE to check your pets teeth and nails before you leave! I did not as I expected them to take care of this lab as they had my previous 2. I will not be returning to PawTastic again. They lied to me and now I get to pay a hefty teeth cleaning and extraction and office visit because they were not truthful about brushing her teeth. This is my furbaby and am sure she is in pain!! Don't lie to me and not do the job you were contracted to do! I always tip too because they USED to do a great job. Not any longer with the new owners! Buyer beware!
