The buses are always late the drivers are rude and they never have respect for the riders, when you call the garage about it they act as if they care and state that there will be changes. dont lissen to them there wont be changes

I'm not one to post bad reviews, but the transportation department could really take some customer service clues from gisd transportation. These bus drivers expect you to be at your bus stop 5 minutes prior to their coming, even if they arrive early. The very first time I was not there at the pm stop time, I got a call from the bus driver (who was early that day) saying they had waited 7 minutes for me and she was now leaving. She left 2 minutes before my sons scheduled stop time! Then I got some major attitude when I picked him up. The buses are sometimes late, you don't see me flying off the handle at them in front of all the children on the bus! I was just told by the transportation department that I really should be sitting there when the kids get out of school just in case they arrive early! Yeah, right! I'm going to sit there with a crying two year old and autistic son for 13 minutes just in case they show up 13 minutes early!!! Disgraceful, gb has been highly overrated making me wish I would have stayed in flushing! I also heard from a daycare that I am looking to put my son in she feels the same way about the buses.
