Clients enrolled in our Shared Care Program may receive both skilled and attendant care services based on his or her needs.The shared care program benefits include,Maximum cost effective services.Care billed in 15 minute increments,Flexible services that change with the clients needs,Professional health care staff located on the senior community premises,Care that may be completed in 15 minutes includes,Attendant Care,Bathing assistance,Dressing assistance,Grooming assistance,Medication reminder,Meal preparation,Housekeeping,Errands/transportation.
