We moved my great aunt out of her house and into one of the Knollwood apartments because she just needed to downsize. The staff made sure she got settled, being an older tenant, and that was really nice of them. She likes playing at the tennis courts. Says it helps her feel younger! My opinion on the complex is that management has their stuff together. Sure, the ad for the entrance is kind of gaudy a billboard like, but it's a small thing in comparison to the advantage of a decently priced apartment with a pool and a washer and dryer.

Having covered parking is definitely a plus for all. It saves time worrying if your windows are open, or if you need to scrape the ice off in the winter. Having a trash day is useful too. Makes it less awkward when you have trash to take out...no dumpsters :) The townhouses are really well laid out too. Lots of space and you get a basement.

nice staff, nice apartments. good layout and decent neighbors. safe because of locked entry. nice landscaping.

I live here with my wife and two daughters in a town home. My wife and I like it because there's enough space to spread out comfortably and give the girls their space. She likes the walk in closet. I like that our dining room is almost the same size as our master bedroom. Management is friendly when they come around, and there's always stuff for the girls to do at the clubhouse. Nice neighborhood too.
