Joe prepared my tax return himself. When I received a letter from the IRS in May stating I owed them $50,000 ... I spent months trying to contact Joe (including going to his office several times which was always closed). Talked to his secretary 3 times, she promised to have him contact me, he never did. In July they were 'gone' for the summer. I ended up working with the IRS by myself. Horrible service ... he acts like he is doing you a favor.
