I often go to Panera in California. I finally had an opportunity to take my mother to Panera when I visited her in Michigan. I had promised her that Panera has wonderful egg souffls. We went to the Panera in Grand Blanc, MI. I called several hours ahead to make sure that they did not run out. The manager was extremely gracious. When we got there, the egg souffls were as tasty and fresh as they always are when I am in my California hometown. The counter staff were friendly and courteous. The seating area was comfortable and clean. Kudos to Grand Blanc Panera for a completely successful outing for my mother and me.
